James has been an auto body tech with Rickenbauch Collision Center for more than 10 years. He has worked on countless cars repairing body damage and thought it would benefit people more if he fixed their dents without the need of paint. This inspired James to become a paintless dent repair tech and has loved it. He has worked on numerous cars and different types of dents from collision dents to hail dents. He has his own sets of paintless dent repair tools he works with that are specific for removing dents from vehicles in a clean and professional manner. He liked the idea that the dents can be fixed without needing them to be sent to the shop and take weeks at a time. James is there for the convenience of his customers and to help people who need their car fast.
